You do not need to convert emails to PDF. the answer will depend upon the particular email client that you
use but, in general, you can use the File->Save As pop down menu.

Save the email as a file on your PC, usually with a .eml file name extension.

You can then add this file into RocketDMS by using one of these techniques:

• Drag & Drop the email file onto onto the RocketDMS program.
• Right-click on the file and select Send To->RocketDMS
• Click on the Import Document tool in the top toolbar of the RocketDMS program. (this feature was added in version 6.0.62 to be released to the public in the next few days.)

The email will be added to the DMS document store, full text indexed and meta data extracted automatically when you click the Apply button.
