You may see this error message when you attempt registration. This error simply means that your PC is unable to connect to the RocketDMS server to complete the registration process.

This is a connectivity error and there can be many reasons for this ranging from your own network firewalls through to general Internet connectivity between you and us.

You can also email your name, username and email address to office@pikaia.co.nz (The username is nominated by you and will be used on our systems to identify your account.)

We will then send you registration license to you.
